1. 集める情報
私たちは、のびかれを使う人の個人情報を集めません。アカウントの登録はなく、広告や、利用の状況を送る仕組みもありません。
私たちのサーバーへ、予定・写真・声などが送られることはありません。
2. 端末の中に置く情報
カレンダーの予定・メモ・日に貼った写真・設定は、お使いの iPhone の中（このアプリの保存場所）に置きます。
アプリを削除すると、これらも消えます。
3. iCloud
「iCloud で合わせる」がオンのとき、予定・メモ・日に貼った写真を、お使いの Apple ID の iCloud（CloudKit の自分だけの場所）に置いて、同じ Apple ID の端末と合わせます。
この情報は Apple の iCloud に保存され、私たちは見ることができません。「そのほか」→「iCloud で合わせる」でオフにできます。
4. 写真・カメラ
- 写真アプリの写真は、その日に撮った写真をカレンダーに並べて見せるために読みます。端末の外へは送りません。
- カメラは、写真を撮ってその日に貼るときと、勤務表を撮って読み取るときに使います。勤務表の読み取りは端末の中で行います。
- 同じ提供者のアプリ「仕事人アプリ」が入っていて、「写真は仕事人カメラの写真だけ」をオンにしたときは、仕事人アプリが同じ iPhone の中の共有の場所（App Groups）に置いた写真の写しを読んで並べます。読むだけで、端末の外へは送りません。
5. マイク・音声認識
声で予定やメモを書くとき、声でカレンダーを動かすときに、マイクと Apple の音声認識を使います。
iOS 26 以降の新しい方式では、音声は端末の中だけで文字にします。前の方式（iOS 17〜25、または「そのほか」で前の方式に戻したとき）では、Apple の音声認識の仕組みにより、音声が Apple に送られて処理されることがあります（Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。
私たちが音声や文字を受け取ることはありません。
6. 週間天気
週間天気を使うと決めて地域を選んだときだけ、気象庁の公開の予報（www.jma.go.jp）から予報を読みます。送るのは選んだ地域の番号だけです。
7. Siri
「Hey Siri、のびかれ」などの言い方は、Apple の Siri の仕組みで動きます。私たちが Siri への話しかけを受け取ることはありません。
8. 第三者への提供
私たちは情報を集めないため、第三者へ渡す情報もありません。
9. 子どもの利用
年齢にかかわらず使えます。子どもの情報も集めません。

1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information from people who use Nobikare. There is no account, no advertising and no usage reporting.
Your plans, photos and voice are never sent to our servers.
2. Information stored on your device
Calendar plans, notes, photos added to days and settings are stored on your iPhone (in this app's storage). Deleting the app deletes them.
3. iCloud
When "Sync with iCloud" is on, plans, notes and added photos are stored in your own iCloud (your private CloudKit database) and synced with devices on the same Apple ID. This data is stored by Apple and we cannot see it. You can turn it off from More → Sync with iCloud.
4. Photos and camera
- Photos in your Photos library are read only to show the photos taken on a day in the calendar. They never leave your device.
- The camera is used to take a photo and add it to a day, and to read a paper shift table. Shift tables are read on your device.
- If our other app "Shigotonin" is installed and "Photos: Shigotonin Camera only" is on, Nobikare reads the photo copies that Shigotonin keeps in a shared folder (App Groups) on the same iPhone. They are only read and never leave your device.
5. Microphone and speech recognition
The microphone and Apple's speech recognition are used when you write plans or notes by voice or control the calendar by voice.
With the newer method on iOS 26 or later, speech is converted to text on your device. With the earlier method (iOS 17–25, or when you switch back in More), audio may be sent to Apple for processing under Apple's speech recognition system (Apple's privacy policy applies).
We never receive your audio or text.
6. Weekly weather
Only when you choose an area for weekly weather, the app reads the public forecast of the Japan Meteorological Agency (www.jma.go.jp). Only the number of the chosen area is sent.
7. Siri
Phrases such as "Hey Siri, のびかれ" work through Apple's Siri. We never receive what you say to Siri.
8. Sharing with third parties
Because we collect no information, we have nothing to share with third parties.
9. Children
Anyone can use the app regardless of age. We do not collect information from children either.
10. Changes to this policy
We will announce any changes on this page.
